Working with the Municipal Agencies in Southern California for over two decades, Kerri is an expert in navigating through jurisdictional "red tape", obtaining Land Use Entitlements and Building Permits for a wide range of commercial development projects.
Kerri founded SimmCo Inc. in 2011, specializing in large-scale, Mixed-Use Developments within the City of LA, while sustaining her record of excellence pursuing Land Use Rights for Major Utility and Telecommunication Initiatives. In 2015, with the blessing of her long time Associate Tom McCarty, Kerri purchased The McCarty Company (Est. 2003), continuing his Legacy of effective service through code expertise and well established relationships with Officials.
